How you will CELLebrate
|
As a part of the operations department, you will take care of all production-related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing, and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories.
- Lead and manage daily operations in the different rotation shifts (including weekend and holidays) and the production team meet quality and productivity goals, ensuring safety and meeting production targets with target quality and cost.
- Act as the technical and disciplinary leader for the operators, ensuring adherence to company rules, workplace safety and compliance with relevant health regulations and audits.
- Collaborate with quality and process engineering teams to solve complex production issues, monitor processes closely, resolve any problems and promote continuous improvement.
- Maintain 5S standards in production and adjacent areas to ensure a secure, clean, organized and efficient workspace, while facilitating effective communication across departments.

What you need for our CELLebration
|
- At least 3 years of professional experience in manufacturing.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience leading teams from 10 to 35 people.
- Vocational Training (FP superior), Technician Engineer, or a comparable qualification.

What else can you bring
|
- Communication skills in English will be considered.
- +5 years’ experience in automotive industry or similar.
