About the Role

This position will be part of our Operations Department, the heart of PowerCo — where innovation becomes reality. This area brings together multiple teams working on the construction of our gigafactory and the different stages of battery cell production. From engineering and design to process optimization and production excellence, Operations is where the future of energy takes shape.

  • Lead and manage rotating shift operations (including weekends and holidays) and production equipment to meet quality, productivity, safety, and cost goals.
  • Organize and optimize production resources (personnel, machinery, materials, and tools) to ensure compliance with the production plan.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality, audits, internal company regulations and 5S principles in production areas.
  • Promote continuous improvement in the plant, managing operational incidents, resolving deviations and collaborating with other areas to improve processes and results.
  
 
Key Responsibilities
  • At least 3 years of professional production experience.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience leading teams of between 10 and 35 people.
  • Higher vocational training, technical engineering or similar.
  • Willingness to work in Sagunto. Please note that while some positions are currently based in Valencia, our operations will progressively move to Sagunto, so we require availability to work there from the start.
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts.

What you bring to the Team
  • Valuable communication skills in English.
  • +5 years of experience in the automotive industry or similar.
  • Management of multiple areas.
  • Participation in standarized work defnition.
