Your role and key responsibilities

As a part of the operations department, you will take care of all production-related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing, and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories.

Your main responsabilities will be: 

  • Develop and execute preventive maintenance plans, conduct equipment inspections, and implement repair strategies to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Create manuals, work instructions, contingency plans, and investment documentation to support operational readiness and long-term planning.
  • Lead root cause analyses and drive process and equipment improvements to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and reliability.
  • Enforce safety standards and ensure adherence to all relevant safety and performance regulations.
  • Provide technical support and training on new equipment, while maintaining comprehensive records and reports on maintenance activities and equipment performance.
  
 
What you bring to the team
  • More than 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering.
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Mechanical, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance strategies, root cause analysis (RCA), and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Strong interpersonal skills to provide technical support, conduct training, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems), MS Office, and data analysis tools for performance tracking and reporting.
