Head of Customer Logistics Outbound

With whom you will CELLebrate

You’ll be joining a diverse and ambitious team, spread across Germany, Canada, and Spain, all working together to shape the future of sustainable energy. At PowerCo we celebrate collaboration, progress and that spark that turns bold ideas into real impact. From our new gigafactory in Sagunto (Valencia), we’re driving a project that’s transforming both the region and the future of clean mobility in Europe — and you can be part of it.

How you will CELLebrate

This position will be part of our Operations Department, the heart of PowerCo — where innovation becomes reality. This area brings together multiple teams working on the construction of our gigafactory and the different stages of battery cell production. From engineering and design to process optimization and production excellence, Operations is where the future of energy takes shape.

In your day-to-day, you will:

  • Lead and develop the Customer Logistics Outbound department, ensuring strategic alignment, team performance, and operational excellence.

  • Oversee the dispatch plan, personnel allocation, and inventory management to guarantee seamless customer deliveries.

  • Coordinate with Production Control and HQ Logistics to manage bottlenecks, delivery plans, and ramp-up logistics performance.

  • Supervise cost control, CAPEX management, and KPI achievement, identifying and executing improvement projects (CIP).

  • Ensure full regulatory and safety compliance, executing shopfloor management and continuous improvement within logistics operations.

  • Act as the main interface with Headquarters, providing regular updates on key logistics initiatives, risks, and performance outcomes.

  • Lead the build-up of logistics structures and processes during the ramp-up phase and oversee hiring and training plans for the department.

What you need for our CELLebration
  • University degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in logistics, outbound operations, or supply chain leadership within the automotive, manufacturing, or energy sector.

  • Proven track record in team leadership, budget management, and continuous improvement (CIP).

  • Strong knowledge of logistics systems, dispatch processes, and KPI reporting.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English (German or Spanish are a plus).

  • Willingness to work in Sagunto. Please note that while some teams are currently based in Valencia, our operations will progressively move to Sagunto, so we require availability to work there from the start.

What else can you bring
  • Experience in battery manufacturing or automotive logistics environments.

  • Knowledge of lean logistics, automation, or digital tools for logistics optimization.

  • Possession of a disability certificate of 33% or more is valued. We encourage individuals of all abilities to apply. Our company is deeply committed to fostering an inclusive environment that embraces neurodiversity, functional diversity, and all forms of individuality. We believe in the strength of diverse perspectives and strive to create a workplace where everyone feels valued and welcome.

What to look forward to
  • Flexible working hours.

  • Competitive salary aligned with the Collective Bargaining Agreement from the Chemical Industry, plus short-term incentives (STI).

  • 25 vacation days per year + extra PowerCo Days to truly disconnect.

  • Comprehensive health insurance for you.

  • Gympass membership to support your well-being.

  • Monthly meal allowance via Cobee.

  • Permanent contract — join us for the long run.
