How you will CELLebrate
|
As a part of the operations department, you will take care of all production-related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing, and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Ensure operational safety and stability of clean and dry room systems, as well as battery-specific infrastructure (BSI).
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, recording all interventions in the CMMS system.
- Follow compliance and applicable regulations to maintain the quality of production. Apply safety protocols, clothing and 5S standards.
- Contribute to the preparation and success of audits according to standards and maintenance excellence according to VDA 6.3, IATF 16949 and ISO 9001
- Support production and rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays) in the event of alarms, deviations or specialized situations (LOTO, ATEX, confined spaces, work at height).

What you need for our CELLebration
|
- 3 years or more experience in production and/or industrial environments.
- Intermediate or higher vocational training (FP) in industrial or similar.
- Knowledge of safety regulations in high-voltage work and hazardous environments.
- Expertise of the repair, adjustment, and reprogramming of electronic units and battery systems, ensuring compatibility and updating of the software.
- Ability to disassemble, assemble, connect and test electrical and electronic components, guaranteeing safety and quality in each process.

- Nice to have, communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of European, international, and national regulations related to the manufacture, handling, and maintenance of batteries and electric vehicles.
