Your role and key responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical execution and coordination of BSI projects across all project phases, from tendering through design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
  • Steer and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with project objectives.
  • Lead and develop BSI sub-teams, supporting workforce planning and recruitment activities when required.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all BSI-related matters, liaising with internal departments, headquarters, stakeholders, contractors, and external partners, while representing the SF.VA site.
  • Communicate and deploy BSI technical specifications, standards, and project requirements to all relevant project participants.
  • Provide technical leadership and expert guidance to ensure compliance with engineering standards, project specifications, safety requirements, and quality expectations.
  • Monitor project progress against established schedules, proactively identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions to achieve ramp-up targets.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, schedule, cost, and quality risks throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Develop, monitor, and control project budgets and timelines, ensuring successful delivery within agreed scope, schedule, and financial targets.
  • Consolidate and coordinate project reporting, providing accurate and timely updates to management and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, technical specifications, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical documentation, progress reports, risk registers, and compliance records, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
  • Take ownership of key project milestones, coordinating cross-functional activities to ensure timely delivery.
  • Identify critical path activities, dependencies, and potential bottlenecks to enable effective milestone tracking and proactive project management.
  
 
What you bring to the team
  • Mínimum 5 years experience in ramp-up and leading projects.
  • Demonstrates adaptability to shifting priorities and demands.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or requivalent.
