The mission has started. We proudly announce that we are starting the ramp up of our own cell manufacturing in Valencia. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations. 

  
 
How you will CELLebrate

Document management and administration:

  • Responsible for the complete management and administration of project related documents throughout the lifecycle of a project, especially in the area of battery specific infrastructure.
  • Creating, updating, categorising and archiving documents within the Oracle Aconex system.
  • Ensure that all documents are properly captured, managed and distributed according to internal and external guidelines.

Manage document flows:

  • Coordinate and monitor document flows between various project stakeholders, including internal departments, suppliers, contractors and external partners.
  • Ensuring that all relevant documents are distributed to the relevant stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Supporting the project teams in obtaining documents quickly and accurately.                

Compliance with standards and guidelines:

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with internal documentation standards and processes.
  • Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of document management processes to maximise efficiency and accuracy.

Utilisation of Oracle Aconex:

  • Manage and maintain the Oracle Aconex document management platform, including the creation and maintenance of workflows and processes.
  • Train project teams in the use of Aconex and assist in resolving technical or procedural issues.
  • Performing document reviews and ensuring complete and accurate capture in Aconex.                                   

Reporting and documentation maintenance:

  • Producing regular reports and statistics on the status and distribution of documents.
  • Conduct audits and quality assurance activities to ensure that all documents are accurate and complete.
  • Supporting the creation of documentation overviews for project meetings and decision-making processes.

Archiving and project closure:

  • Organising the archiving of documents at the end of the project and ensuring that all relevant project information is stored for future reference and audits.
  • Supporting the handover and archiving of project documents, both digital and physical, in accordance with legal requirements and internal guidelines.
  
 
What you need for our CELLebration
  • Degree in civil engineering, architecture, mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years, experience in Document control/ coordination, Construction Project Management.
  • Experience in Scheduling, Supplier management, project management, construction management.
  • Experience in Battery, Pharmaceutical, semi-conductor Clean & Dry room project management is preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to and maintain flexibility with the juggling of multiple projects.
  • Advanced competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Advanced competency with Document control software (Oracle, Aconex, Primavera. etc).
  • Working knowledge of OneDrive, SharePoint, MS Teams, Concur and SAP strongly desired.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
