The mission has started. We proudly announce that we are starting the ramp up of our own cell manufacturing in Valencia. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.

How you will CELLebrate
|
BIM management and coordination:
- Responsibility for the implementation and management of the Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes for the battery specific infrastructure, especially in the areas of Clean and Dry Room (electric cable trays, water piping, HVAC ducts, fire protection pipes, IT cables, dedusting systems, walls & ceiling structure).
- Development and maintenance of BIM models that contain all relevant information on the design, planning, construction and operation of the clean and dry room facilities.
- Ensuring that BIM standards are adhered to throughout the design and construction of the Clean and Dry Room infrastructure.
- Modelling and technical support:
- Creating and maintaining 3D models for Clean and Dry Rooms, taking into account all technical requirements and specifications.
- Working with the engineers (mechanical, electrical, hydraullic, digitalisation, automation, chemical) to ensure that the BIM models contain accurate data and all relevant technical information.
- Supporting the teams in the implementation of technical and safety aspects in the BIM models.
- Project coordination and communication:
- Working closely with all project stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure efficient modelling and coordination of the clean and dry room infrastructure.
- Carrying out regular model reviews and validations in collaboration with the specialist departments.
- Ensuring the correct integration of the BIM models into the overall concept of the battery factory.
- Quality and data management:
- Monitoring the quality and consistency of the BIM data and models.
- Ensuring the proper handling and archiving of BIM data in accordance with company guidelines.
- Carrying out model checks and error corrections.
- Training and development:
- Train team members and other departments on BIM tools, standards and best practices, particularly in relation to clean and dry room infrastructure.
- Active participation in the further development of BIM methods within the company, focussing on increasing efficiency and innovation.

What you need for our CELLebration
|
- Minimum 5 years, experience in BIM coordination and Modelling, Construction Project Management.
- Experience in Scheduling, Supplier management, project management, construction management.
- Experience in Battery, Pharmaceutical, semi-conductor Clean & Dry room project management is preferred.
- Ability to adapt to and maintain flexibility with the juggling of multiple projects.
- Advanced competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Advanced competency with BIM software(Oracle, Aconex, Primavera. etc).
- Working knowledge of OneDrive, SharePoint, MS Teams, Concur and SAP strongly desired.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
