The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells. 

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Requirements analysis, design, calculation and simulation of welded joints for prismatic cells
  • Interdisciplinary cooperation with process development, production, quality and pre-development such as coordination of parameters or creation of defect catalogs
  • Planning, commissioning, implementation and evaluation of DoE
  • Creation and approval of documents
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Degree of engineering (technician, bachelor, master) in mechanical engineering, process engineering or compareable edjucation
  • In-depth understanding of laser and ultrasonic welding processes
  • Knowledge of welding standards 
  • Professional experience in the design of welded joints
  • Professional experience in the automotive sector

  • Knowledge of welding monitoring and inline analysis
  • Professional experience in the field of battery/battery cell
