The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.
Technical project lead for development of cells for a series development project Technical lead and management of an interdisciplinary development project team Project controlling and management such as development project plan, timelines, milestones, budget, sample steering, fulfillment of product requirements, or approval of product releases Interface function to Program Management, internal customer, Operations, Quality, Development Partners, Purchasing and Technology
Completed technical/university studies e.g. in chemistry, electrochemistry, material science, physics, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in project management and functional leading interdisciplinary project teams Several years of professional experience in development and industrialization projects Courage and commitment to implement technical innovations Strong ability of self-organization and good communication skills Fluent English skills
Professional experience in the field of batteries, battery cells or automotive industry Willingness to travel internationally
