The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of the unit Information Technology are varied. IT takes care all matters relating to information technology, i.e. electronic data processing. The responsibilities vary from IT-infrastructure to digitization of the organization to the operational use of electronic data processing throughout the organization.

How you will CELLebrate
|
- Leading and mentoring a team with demonstrated leadership experience, fostering innovation, best practices, and a positive feedback and learning culture
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining cloud strategies, cloud platforms, and data ingestion architectures to support our battery cell production and global manufacturing operations
- Establishing and developing partnerships with service providers for the conclusion of framework contracts in the areas of Cloud, Data, and AI
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud solutions and data pipelines
- Optimizing cloud infrastructure for scalability, performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency, including FinOps and GreenOps strategies
- Implementing robust data ingestion frameworks to handle large volumes of manufacturing and research data efficiently.
- Ensuring data security and compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 27001 and CIS
- Driving the adoption of cloud-native technologies and modern data architectures, and defining and implementing transformation, agilization, and cloud upskilling initiatives

What you need for our CELLebration
|
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Extensive experience in cloud computing (6+ years) with major platform providers, preferably Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google
- Several years of transformation experience, ideally in Cloud, Data, and IT infrastructure domains
- Strong background in data ingestion, ETL processes, and big data technologies.
- Proven disciplinary leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team of technical professionals (2+ years)
- Deep understanding of cloud security, governance, and compliance requirements (ISO 27001 and CIS)
- Experience in Partner and Supplier Management, including the management of frame contracts
- Experience in implementing agile ways of working, with familiarity in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or Scrum, and strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

What else can you bring
|
- Bringing extensive experience in the automotive industry
- Holding a certification as a PROSCI Change Practitioner
- Certified FinOps Practitioner
- Possessing certifications in agile methodologies, such as SAFe or Scrum
- Certified in cloud technologies or data management
- Familiar with IoT and edge computing in industrial settings
