The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. The operations takes care of all operations related activities within the battery cell manufacturing. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of corporate product.
How you will CELLebrate
- Leading, expanding and developing the Operations Simulataneous Engineering Team
- Coordination of the interface between Operations, Development, Purchasing, Finance and Product Management
- Project Planning within matrix organizations
- Ensuring the governance of the SE-team structure
- Leading and defining the Design for Manufacturing, Product to Process, Process to Product processes in operations
- Implement and utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress, report key metrics, and facilitate data-driven decision-making
What you need for our CELLebration
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations management, chemistry or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in project management within the battery, automotive or related industry.
- Strong understanding of simultaneous engineering principles and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
