The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Lead the Quality Lab & Method Development team and their further development, including onboarding concepts for new employees or training courses
  • Responsible for the development and validation of test methods for the atline and offline analysis of intermediate and final products in battery cell production
  • Coordinate and align with interface partners in the local quality lab teams in our Standard Factories all over the world
  • Define and set specifications for analytical measurement equipment including installation, calibration and releases
  • Ensure the further development of test methods and analytical devices including the definition of related release and change management processes
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Completed university studies in the field of chemistry, physics or engineering
  • Several years of professional experience in the automotive or chemical industry
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in leading teams
  • Comprehensive experience in laboratory operation and management
  • Analytical and structured way of working as well as high communication and team skills
  • Fluent English skills
