The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations. 

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Provide leadership and direction to the BSI Standard Factory Solutions Team, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate and delegate tasks effectively within the team, leveraging individual strengths and expertise to maximize productivity and efficiency.
  • Promote a collaborative and inclusive team culture, encouraging open communication, innovation, and continuous improvement. 
  • Consolidation and release of BSI Standard Factory Solutions topics:
  • Take the lead in consolidating, releasing, and steering all BSI Standard Factory Solutions-related topics per Site, including coordination with suppliers.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between team members, internal departments, and suppliers to ensure timely release of design documents and specifications.
  • Input Collection and Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for collecting inputs from different departments, particularly focusing on fire protection and permit requirements.
  • Engage with stakeholders across departments to gather relevant information, specifications, and feedback, ensuring comprehensive consideration of all design aspects.
  • Establish and oversee Factory Solution Change Mgmt. processes, responding to requests for modifications to BSI Factory Solution  - Evaluate Factory Solution change requests for feasibility, impact, and alignment with project objectives, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to implement approved changes effectively.-Performance Monitoring and Reporting:  - Monitor team performance, project progress, and adherence to timelines, identifying any areas of concern and implementing corrective actions as necessary.  
  • Regular reports and updates for project stakeholders, providing insights into the status of design activities, challenges, and mitigation strategies.
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. 
  • Demonstrated experience in leading teams, motivating, and guiding team members to achieve project goals.
  • Project Management and Prioritization: Proven experience in infrastructure coordination or project management, particularly in the energy or automotive industry. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in using project management tools and software.
  • Technical Knowledge and Regulatory Understanding: In-depth understanding of battery technology and its integration into infrastructure systems. 
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards governing battery infrastructure deployment, ensuring compliance and effective project implementation.
 

What else can you bring
