The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells.
How you will CELLebrate
Leading the testing team in the Power Co SE:
- Test management of cell development projects
- Development of testing methods
- Definition of test standards
- Responsibility for test conduction in pre-development projects
What you need for our CELLebration
- Successfully completed masters degree or PhD in sciences, math, information technology, electrical- or mechanical engineering or similar education
- Several years of experience in industry - preferably related to battery cells
- Experience in testing of lithium ion cells and test management in development projects in an international environment
- Know-how of lithium ion cells, especially in the field of testing
- Business fluent English language skills
What else can you bring
- Higher education related to lithium ion cells, e.g. a PhD in the field
- Knowledge of the automotive industry
- Several years of leadership experience
- Chinese or Korean language skills
- Experience in set up and operation of testing equipment for lithium ion cells
- Analytical thinking
- Ability to work in a team
- Technical as well as entrepreneurial thinking
- Good communication skills in an international and interculture environment
