The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of Corporate Quality are varied. The unit is responsible for all quality related activities of PowerCo SE ranging from the development of the quality strategy and targets over safeguarding the certification readiness to the global supplier management.

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Building up and leading the team
  • Developing and implementing of a holistic Quality 4.0 strategy for the digitalization of the quality management system
  • Planning and realization of IoT projects with QM focus including analyses to identify quality and process problems
  • Cross-functional collaboration for process alignment, optimization & standardization
  • Implementation of Q4.0 strategy to digitize quality management by, among other things, identifying and implementing relevant technologies, methods and tools
  • Introduction/support of IoT projects to ensure qualitative requirements and standards for the creation of a digital, integrated quality management system
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Completed studies in (industrial) engineering, (business) computer science, quality management or a related field-Experience in quality and project management, ideally with a focus on digital transformations
  • Experience in identifying, implementing and integrating technologies, methods and tools, ideally in the context of quality management
  • Experience in requirements and stakeholder management is an advantage
  • Experience in Team building and leadership
  • Above average ability to work in a team
  • Fluent negotiation skills in English and willingness to travel
 

What else can you bring

  • Experience in the field of electromobility and the battery cell
  • Internal auditor according to DIN EN ISO 9001 / 14001/45001/ 50001/ IATF 16949
  • ITIL4.0 / Lean / Six Sigma certificate and experience with Data/Process Analytics
