- Financial management of the production companies of the PowerCo Group. Contact person for the Board of Directors Finance and Production/Operations as well as the staff units of the PowerCo Group for series topics. - Disciplinary and professional management of the technology team - Management of plants / production companies with an impact on factory costs, personnel deployment, operating profit, net liquidity/cash flow, investments, inventories, labor and cost productivity
- Ensuring compliance with all financially relevant core processes (monthly financial statements, VS, budgets) for business unit P
-Ensuring, coordinating, assessing and presenting the monthly and non-periodic reports for submission/presentation/use in the relevant circles and committees, identification of target deviations and definition of location-related measures and monitoring of their effectiveness including the KPI Inventories
- Development and follow-up of uniform methods and procedures of factory cost control and planning for series production and ensuring the implementation of the defined methodological specifications of the PowerCo SE Group in the locations
- Specifying, introducing, coordinating and representing key performance indicators for the management of material costs and working capital for the PowerCo SE Group
- Degree from a university/university of applied sciences in the fields of business administration, industrial engineering or technical business administration or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in the field of controlling
- In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (MS Excel, MS Powerpoint)
- Very good knowledge of German and English is mandatory
