The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells.
How you will CELLebrate
- Managerial responsibility for the sub-department Test Engineering
- Developing of testing methods for lithium-ion batteries
- Defining of test standards
- Being responsibility for test engineering in pre-development and series projects
What you need for our CELLebration
- Successfully completed PhD in (electro)chemistry, physics, electrical- or mechanical engineering or comparable training
- Several years of managerial responsibility in the battery industry with focus on battery performance and safety testing
- Business fluent English language skills, skills in Korean or Mandarin is a plus
- Good communication skills in an international and intercultural environment – willingness to travel internationally
- Excitement for testing und new technologies
- Hands-on mentality
- Technical as well as entrepreneurial thinking skills
