The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations. 

  
 
How you will CELLebrate
  • Lead the Operations Quality team and their further development, including onboarding concepts for new employees or ensuring training courses 
  • Responsible for planning the quality activities of the factory locations within a factory network, including planning, standardization and roll-out of specifications, processes and standards
  • Coordinate interface partners for all quality activities forms the basis of the planning work
  • Report to the project committees in the operations department and initiate the necessary escalations if necessary
  • Your team prepares recurring quality gate reviews and leads their implementation
  • Develop the quality targets for the factory locations and control the achievement of goals 
  
 
What you need for our CELLebration
  • Completed studies in the field of quality management, business administration, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the automotive or chemical industry
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in leading teams 
  • Experience in quality management and its KPIs & quality methods (e.g. APQP, PPAP, VDA Volume 4,...)
  • Analytical and structured way of working as well as high communication and team skills
  • Fluent English skills
  • Willingness to travel (up to 30%

  • Certification as an auditor
  • German language is a plus 
  • Experience in an international and intercultural team
  • Knowledge of production processes in the automotive or battery industry
