The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells.
How you will CELLebrate
- Managerial responsibility for the sub-department Data Management - Lead and grow the sub-department
- In charge of development and implementation Data Management, Computation Data Analytics, Data Mining and Field Data Analytics in the field of lithium-Ion-battery cell testing
- In charge of system administration for battery cell tests fields within PowerCo.
- Identify and implement core elements of data management, data analytics and AI, also in close cooperation with external partners .
- Alignment and communication of on-going activities in the field of computational data analytics across PowerCo battery cell R&D functions (e.g. material development, cell design and cell simulation teams) to leverage synergies
- Close communication to PowerCo IT
What you need for our CELLebration
- University degree in a data science area (electronics, physics, computer science, or other MINT areas), at least a Master's. PhD is preferred.
- Deep expert knowledge in one or more of the mentioned topics Data Management, Computation Data Analytics, Data Mining, AI, and Field Data Analytics
- Knowledge in the field of lithium-ion battery cell technology
- Proven track record with managerial responsibility and leadership experience
- Strong hands-on experience and deep knowledge in sustainable data management
- Collaborative spirit and behavior
- Jointly work with diverse stakeholders on all managerial levels
- Business fluent English language skills
- Good communication skills in an international and intercultural environment – willingness to travel internationally
