Who we are

The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells. 

  
 
Your role and key responsibilities
  • Lead of Cell Design sub-department within series development of battery cells
  • Responsible for the technical development of battery cells from concept phase to industrialization for various cell projects
  • Responsible for overall cell design, cell releases and release recommendations towards the customers
  • Responsible for change management within technical development
  • Build up personnel,  market know-how and battery cell development capabilities
  • Carry out resource planning, management and control
  
 
What you bring to the team
  • Degree of engineering in mechanical engineering, production engineering, chemistry, or comparable education
  • Profound professional experience in the battery industry
  • Experience in leading industrialization cell projects
  • Disciplinary and technical leadership experience
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Business fluent in English
