The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of strategy are varied. The unit takes care of the development and implementation of the global PowerCo strategy. Our responsibilities vary from strategy development, market screening and business development to ramp-up of global PowerCo entities.

- Development and operationalization of the PowerCo corporate strategy
- Planning and implementation of cross-functional strategy projects
- Strategic project and stakeholder management
- Steering and tracking of business unit strategies
- Preparation of executive materials
What you need for our CELLebration
- Successfully completed (under-) gradute degree in engineering, business administration or similar education
- Professional working experience, e.g. in strategy, project management, staff function, consulting
- High degree of personal initiative and intercultural competence
- Strong analytical, structured and strategic competence
- Proven experience in project management
- Business fluent English language skills
