The mission has started. We are starting our own battery cell production in our Battery Valley and ramping up our global headquarters for global cell production. This includes ESS (Energy Storage System) and non-automotive applications. The ESS organisation takes care of the upstream storage value chain. Our responsibilities include research, pre-development of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analyses of ESS components & storage systems.

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Support the set up of technical development process for Energy Storage Solutions from concept phase to industrialization taking into account company objectives, quality standards, and market requirements
  • Formulate releases recommendations towards the development
  • Conduct failure analyses and reporting
  • Product deviation management within technical development
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Successfully completed education in the field of mechanical engineering, production engineering, chemistry, or comparable education 
  • Professional experience in battery cells development and production from laboratory scale to mass production scale
  • Expertise in project management, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration
