The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of Human Resources are varied. HR takes care of optimal process planning around the employee life cycle. This enables the company to systematically use the skills of its employees to achieve its mission and vision. The sub-disciplines of Human Resources are e.g. planning, recruiting, retention, health & addiction counseling and the targeted deployment of employees in all areas.

  
 
How you will CELLebrate
  • Payroll Management: Processing of the monthly payroll in accordance with social security and wage tax regulations and in collaboration with our external payroll provider
  • Communication with the health insurance and social security authorities; accompanying wage tax and social security audits
  • Management of sickness-related absences, incl. related processes (long term sick, reimbursements)
  • HR administration: maintenance of employee data in the systems (HCM and Success Factors); running operational HR processes according to the employee lifecycle and in compliance with labour law 
  • Process and project management: definition and implementation of HR operational processes and project work. Continuous process improvement with an aim of optimization and automation, in collaboration with the rest of the local HR Operations, and other internal and external stakeholders (e.g. Compensation, Digitalization teams)
  • Acting as a point of contact for employees’ question, as well as Finance and other internal stakeholders
  • Execution of the year-end activities (e.g. HR accruals) as well as the creation of reports
     
  
 
What you need for our CELLebration
  • Experience in payroll processing and/or HR operations
  • Knowledge of HRIS, preferably SAP, or other software solutions for payroll and HR
  • MS Office Tools
  • Fluency in German, strong English skills
