Our mission has started. We are starting our own battery cell production in Battery Valley in Salzgitter and ramping up our headquarters for global cell production. The Strategy department is responsible for the development and implementation of the global PowerCo strategy. Responsibilities range from strategy development, market intelligence and business development to strategic partner management.
How you will CELLebrate
- Participation in the development and implementation of the strategic partnership strategy
- Support in the end-to-end management of strategic non-equity partnerships (incl. stakeholder management, evaluation of business models and business cases, conducting negotiations and drafting contracts)
- Management of the existing partnership portfolio
- Participation in the creation of internal templates for management
- Processing of projects and special tasks
What you need for our CELLebration
- Master's degree in the field of business administration/industrial engineering/business informatics/business law
- First professional experience or internships in an international strategy consultancy, auditing firm (Big4) or a comparable corporate position
- Initial knowledge of project coordination and project management
- First experience with cross-functional and intercultural cooperation
- Structured way of working and good communication skills
What else can you bring
- First practical experience in the automotive or battery industry
- High level of self-motivation and willingness to learn
- Interest in on-site work in Braunschweig/Salzgitter
