The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of the unit Information Technology are varied. IT takes care all matters relating to information technology, i.e. electronic data processing. The responsibilities vary from IT-infrastructure to digitization of the organization to the operational use of electronic data processing throughout the organization.
How you will CELLebrate
- Ensuring that the department/projects stay within the approved budget as well as coordination of department expenditure
- System-supported setting and processing of call-offs from framework agreements
- Processing of IT procurement requirements as well as processing orders from external partner companies
- Coordinating and agreeing processes with relevant stakeholders and preparation of documents for budget approvals in committees
- Coordination of meetings and preparation and follow-up of documents
What you need for our CELLebration
- Completed technical/college studies (e.g. computer Science, IT) or a comparable qualification
- Ability to present financial/technical information clearly
- Work experience with SAP S/4 HANA and sound knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of IT financial controlling processes
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (in English & German)
