The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.
How you will CELLebrate
- Member of the construction management in Salzgitter
- Developing a standardized project plan together with PowerCo procedures
- Collaborating with the PowerCo Facilities team
- Regular trips to our locations
- Coordinating of the overall project process, taking into account quality and cost targets
- Supporting the construction management
What you need for our CELLebration
- Completed university degree with a structural, architectural, electrical or HVAC background or similar training
- Several years of professional experience in the construction of industrial buildings
- Knowledge of construction processes
- Strong team orientation and social skills
- Very good communication skills
- Very good knowledge of English

- Experience in LEAN construction management
