The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells.
How you will CELLebrate
- Design, implement and maintain shopfloor connectivity solutions and infrastructure to ensure the digital transparency of material flow and production processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize shopfloor connectivity demands and translate them into technical solutions
- Cooperation with IT providers, suppliers and plant manufacturers in the implementation of technical solutions for the Shopfloor Connectivity System
- Training and support of production employees and technicians in dealing with the Shopfloor Connectivity System
What you need for our CELLebration
- Successfully completed (under-)graduate degree in industrial engineering, production engineering, a related field or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment
- Sound knowledge of production planning, order management, material management, and tracking & tracing
- Basic knowledge and understanding for IT and production IT infrastructure
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary and intercultural team environment
- Business fluent in German and English
What else can you bring
- Experience in battery production or a related industry
- Experience in working with shopfloor connectivity software and technologies such as PLC, SCADA, MES, ERP, etc.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
