The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of Human Resources are varied. HR takes care of optimal process planning around the employee life cycle. This enables the company to systematically use the skills of its employees to achieve its mission and vision. The sub-disciplines of Human Resources are e.g. planning, recruiting, retention, health & addiction counseling and the targeted deployment of employees in all areas.
How you will CELLebrate
- Support of the implementation of payroll via SAP SuccessFactors (external provider) incl. transfer to BAU
- Permanent technical contact for the Payroll Provider and interface to the operational HR business, in particular, keeping track of changes in legal payroll requirements
- Ensuring a structured (global) payroll process
- Contact person for HR and managers on payroll related issues
- Maintenance of employee data (executive management); execution of payroll tasks (e.g. certification/reporting); communication with health insurance companies / authorities; creation of analyses & statistics
- Continuous further development of processes taking into account company-specific requirements and in cooperation with internal and external interfaces
What you need for our CELLebration
- Commercial vocational training
- At least 3 years of professional experience in payroll administration
- Knowledge of German tax and social security law
- Very good SAP HR knowledge
- Basic knowledge of English
- Initiative, ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
