How you will CELLebrate

  • You are responsible for proactive, holistic legal advice in the field of antitrust law and merger cartel registration
  • Legal advice and support on legal issues in connnection with the development of new or further development of existing business areas are part of your area of responsability
  • You work in an international working environment and supervise cooperation projects and subsidiaries in antitrust law, as well as cooperation with lawyers
  • You participate in the preparation of draft resolutions for "Commercial" projects for committess
  • Internal technical and further training events are developed and carried out by you
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • You have completed a law degree with above-average results and have been admitted to practice as a lawyer or have a comparable qualification
  • You have at least 5-8 years of professional experience in the field of commercial and antitrust law in an international company or in an international law office
  • You are competent in consulting and have the ability to make decisions
  • You are a team player and bring along a communicative and structured way of working
  • Excellent German and English language skills complete your profile
