The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the finance department plays a key role. The unit takes care of all financial processes within the company. The responsibilities vary from preparation of product- and production sites decision to record and analyze all financial company transactions in SAP S4 Hana cloud.
How you will CELLebrate
- Main responsibility for providing proactive legal advice in holistic manner regarding commercial transactions i.a. drafting, negotiating, reviewing all kind of agreements with a focus on battery business and purchasing
- Legal advice and support on legal issues in connection with the development of new and the further development of existing business areas
- Legal support for subsidiaries regarding commercial topics
- Participation in the preparation of draft resolutions on commercial projects for various committees, including drafting of the resolution texts
- Development of proprietary standard contracts and establishment of legal standards for PowerCo
- Coordination of cooperation with external lawyers in Germany and abroad
What you need for our CELLebration
- Completed degree in German law with results above the average and the admission to the bar
- At least 5-8 years of professional experience in the area of commercial law in an international company or in an international law firm
- Fluency in German and English
- Decisive personality with entrepreneurial spirit
- A team player with interactive, communicative, structured working style, excellent negotiating skills and high implementation speed
