The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations. 
 

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Defining, creating, and maintaining equipment standards for all battery cell manufacturing processes and formulating so-called whitebooks
  • Steering and implementing new and/or modified approved production technologies within PowerCo committees
  • Preparing standard equipment specifications for the equipment planning process
  • Coordinating interdisciplinarily with all necessary departments to achieve the tasks
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Successfully completed (master's) degree in process/chemical/mechanical engineering or similar education
  • Several years of experience in equipment planning
  • Long-standing practical experiences related to battery cell manufacturing
  • Experiences in international projects, resulting into intercultural competence espacially in asia
  • National and international travel readiness
  • Business fluent English language skills

  • Profound knowledge of battery cell production processes and related equipment from the field of science and research
  • German and Chinese language skills
  • Understanding of the Chinese culture
  • Very good communication and assertiveness skills and ability to work in a team
