Senior Expert Software License Management (all genders)

The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of the unit Information Technology are varied. IT takes care all matters relating to information technology, i.e. electronic data processing. The responsibilities vary from IT-infrastructure to digitization of the organization to the operational use of electronic data processing throughout the organization.

  
 
How you will CELLebrate
  • Supervising the current conditions and deadlines in supplier-specific frameworks and individual contracts
  • Internal consulting of the IT and specialist teams on licenses and subscriptions for the procurement of new software and contact persons for licensors (incl. audits) 
  • Review, specification and optimization of the requirements with the corresponding departments with regard to software requests
  • Administration of the contract library (secure storage, organization and retrieval of all framework and individual contracts)
  • Independent management of non-commercial negotiations on software usage rights, contractual terms, service level agreements (SLAs) and other contractual agreements
  • Responsiblity for creating, reviewing, consulting, coordinating and updating IT contracts 
  • Independent monitoring and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements (contract compliance)
  • Further development of software asset management and reports based on it (inventory, installations, license balance, optimization potential, costs, risks) 
  • Introduction, maintenance and continuous development of the license management system  
  
 
What you need for our CELLebration
  • Completed technical/university degree (e.g. business informatics, business law) or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in license management
  • Good communication skills
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • English language skills at level C1 (fluent to business-fluent)
