Senior Expert Projects & Systems - ESS (all genders)

The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. This includes ESS (Energy Storage System) & non-automotive applications. The ESS organization takes care of the upstream storage value chain. Our responsibility includes research, pre-development of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of ESS components & storages.

  
 
How you will CELLebrate
  • Planning, coordination and implementation of overarching, international projects in the ESS division
  • Creating and updating project plans, including project goals, milestones and resources in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
  • Monitoring project progress and independently conducting project reviews and meetings
  • Creating project communication, decision templates and documentation
  • Multi-project management in the ESS division
  • International stakeholder management
  
 
What you need for our CELLebration
  • Successfully completed (technical) university studies in the fields of engineering, business administration or comparable training
  • Professional experience, e.g. in the areas of strategy, project management, staff function, consulting
  • High degree of initiative and intercultural competence
  • Distinctive analytical, structured and strategic skills
  • Expertise in classic and/or agile project management methods
  • Proven practical experience in project management
  • Business fluent English language skills

  • Experience in working as a PMO for cross-functional projects
