The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of Human Resources are varied. HR takes care of optimal process planning around the employee life cycle. This enables the company to systematically use the skills of its employees to achieve its mission and vision. The sub-disciplines of Human Resources are e.g. planning, recruiting, retention, health & addiction counseling and the targeted deployment of employees in all areas.

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • (Co-)design in the further development of company pension principles 
  • Stearing of external partners (plan management, administration)
  • Analysis and advice in individual cases
  • Creation, evaluation, compilation of financial key figures (budget, provisions)
  • Creation and preparation of internal information materials
  • Organization of collaboration with internal stakeholders (especially HR Admin and Digital) in the areas of data management, digitalization and administration
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Completed (technical) university degree in (insurance related) business administration, business mathematics, business law or similar
  • Several years of professional experience in the administration of a company pension scheme (ideally also insurance-based implementation channels)
  • With regard to company pension schemes, advanced knowledge of company pension law as well as tax and social security law acquired through study or practical work
  • German and English language (ideally fluent)
  • Assertiveness, good argumentation and communication skills
