The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of Human Resources are varied. HR takes care of optimal process planning around the employee life cycle. This enables the company to systematically use the skills of its employees to achieve its mission and vision. The sub-disciplines of Human Resources are e.g. planning, recruiting, retention, health & addiction counseling and the targeted deployment of employees in all areas.
How you will CELLebrate
- Support in the development, design and implementation of organizational development in consultation with the departments
- Planning, project management and implementation of department-related organizational development projects in cooperation with the project management
- Preparation of project/decision templates for the Head of Department and board committees
- Preparation and implementation of workshops and project steering/steering committees
- Implementation of structural reviews and, among other things, participation in the planning and independent implementation of effectiveness controls
- Evaluation of management positions on the basis of the group valuation procedures
What you need for our CELLebration
- Successfully completed commercial or technical studies
- Several years of professional experience (usually > 3 years) in the relevant area of responsibility
- Experience with process and organizational optimization and efficiency projects
- Experience in project management, ideally in the management of sub-projects
- Fluent in English
- Safe handling of MS office
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- High level of communication and teamwork skills
