How you will CELLebrate
  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy aligned with business goals, covering brand positioning and market penetration. Identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline
  • Lead event marketing efforts, including conferences, webinars, and trade shows
  • Drive digital marketing, including website management, content marketing, and social media strategies in collaboration with PowerCo Communications Team
  • Develop and manage go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products and services
  • Oversee public relations (PR) and corporate communications, including media relations, press releases, and thought leadership in collaboration with PowerCo Communications
  • Build and manage relationships with industry stakeholders, including trade organizations, media, and event organizers
  • Develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, PitchDecks, and case studies
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize ROI
  • Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing marketing team
  
 
What you need for our CELLebration
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles
  • Strong knowledge of B2B marketing, lead generation, and branding strategies
  • Experience in the renewable energy or energy storage industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and creative mindset and ability to leverage data for decision-making
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing spend
  
 
What else can you bring
  • German
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • experience in the energy, cleantech, or industrial sectors.
