The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of the unit Information Technology are varied. IT takes care all matters relating to information technology, i.e. electronic data processing. The responsibilities vary from IT-infrastructure to digitization of the organization to the operational use of electronic data processing throughout the organization.
How you will CELLebrate
- Planning, directing and coordinating activities pertaining to the day-to-day operations and support of the Identity and Access Management environment
- Design, develop, test, implement, and integrate Identity and Access Management systems and solutions
- Troubleshoot and manage the resolution of issues related to identities, systems, access, accounts, authentication, authorization, entitlements, and permissions
- Ensure the performance, maintenance and monitoring of Identity and Access Management systems
- Design reusable strategies, decisions, service components, libraries and frameworks to support enterprise-level IAM services
- Responsible to install, integrate, and maintain one or more Identity & Access Management products such as Microsoft AD, Azure AD
- Develop and implement the Identity and Access Management with policies and procedures
- Identity & Access Governance including role-based access control, access request and certification
- Manage user identity lifecycle joiners/movers/leavers and account updates
- Analysis of activity logs to identify security incidents
- Provide level 2 and level 3 support and coordinate as needed with the technology vendors (performing diagnosis on incidents, implementing standard changes to the infrastructure)
- Produce IAM technical documentation such IAM detailed design, configuration guides etc.
What you need for our CELLebration
- Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field
- 5+ years of strong technical experience in Identity and Access Management
- Experience with Single Sign On and Identity Federation
- Experience with Enterprise Directory Architecture and Design including directory schema, namespace, replication topology and privileged access solutions
- Experience in one of the IAM solutions such as: CyberArk, NetIQ, Radius, RSA, PKI, SailPoint
- Experience with Linux/Windows/LDAP+SQL and IT security
- Experience in implementing IAM across an array of applications and multi-site landscape
- PowerShell, T-SQL or other scripting experience
- Current / certified relevant certifications
- Knowledge of ITIL and service management processes
- Able to present technical information clearly to a non-technical audience
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (in English & German)
