The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of the unit Information Technology are varied. IT takes care all matters relating to information technology, i.e. electronic data processing. The responsibilities vary from IT-infrastructure to digitization of the organization to the operational use of electronic data processing throughout the organization.

  

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Planning, coordination and implementation of infrastructure projects
  • Coordination within the IT organization and locations to identify, prioritize and manage projects including Infrastructure tasks
  • Collaboration with other teams to define infrastructure needs and implement technical solutions as well as creation and maintenance of project plans and schedules
  • Monitoring project progress and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Resource planning and assignment of tasks in the project team and communication with stakeholders and report on project status
  • Identification and risk management of potential project problems and budget management and cost control of infrastructure projects
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards and processes as well as collaboration with internal and external partners including service providers
  • Evaluate and propose new technologies and the integration of new infrastructure solutions
  • Establish and maintain processes for capacity planning, monitoring, and forecasting IT infrastructure 
  

 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Degree in computer science, engineering, project management or related fields
  • In-depth knowledge of infrastructure technologies (e.g. networks, servers, cloud services)
  • Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in infrastructure management
  • Experience in applying project management tools and methodologies as well as ability to communicate complex technical concepts in an understandable way
  • Experience in working with interdisciplinary teams and collaborating with various stakeholders
  • Willingness to continuously train and adapt to new technologies and methods
  • Experience working with customers to understand and implement their requirements
  • Fluent in written and spoken German and English
  

 

What else can you bring

  • Several years of experience in project management, ideally in the infrastructure or IT sector 
  • Demonstrable success in the management and implementation of infrastructure projects 
  • Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2 or comparable qualifications are an advantage
  • IT Risk management in an operational environment
  • Working experience with Agile and scrum methodologies
