The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The HR International department is responsible for developing and implementing PowerCo's global HR strategy. Responsibilities range from developing the Target Operating Model to HR standard implementation and supporting the HR operations of the companies.

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Management of international projects and sub-projects in the context of the establishment of new companies and locations of PowerCo
  • Independent planning, implementation and coordination of concepts and measures in consultation with other departments and co-determination
  • Derivation of project plans and implementation of coordinated milestones
  • Identification of risks and initiation of appropriate mitigation measures
  • Conception and implementation of measures to increase project efficiency as well as proactive contribution of (new) project ideas
  • Independent implementation of cross-departmental workshops, project reviews and meetings
  • Creation of project communication, decision templates and documentation
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Successfully completed university studies in the fields of business administration, economics, human resource management or comparable; alternatively: relevant professional experience in these areas
  • Experience in HR, preferably in companies with production facilities
  • Experience in HR support for large workforces
  • Experience in the management of complex and cross-functional projects
  • Fluent in English
