Senior Expert Financial Processes, Systems and Digitalization (all genders)

The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the finance department plays a key role. The unit takes care of all financial processes within the company. The responsibilities vary from preparation of product- and production sites decision to record and analyze all financial company transactions in SAP S4 Hana cloud.

• Specifying, introducing, coordinating and representing an adequate, digitized reporting set for the controlling of the sites using state-of-the-art technology
• Coordination of the SAP system implementation in the production sites of PowerCo SE with regard to technical matters, especially with regard to the CO module, as well as harmonization between the sites
• Specification and coordination of reporting logics and evaluation methodologies within the SAP system, as well as support of the introduction
• Developing, coordinating and representing financial processes in site controlling as well as their regular review
• Coordination, evaluation, assessment of risk management and the internal control system for the production sites of PowerCo SE
• Assessment of risks related to the financial results of the sites in the area of responsibility and in the cross-site context
• Coordinating and participating in the preparations of committees and board meetings. Preparation, statement and presentation of individual analyses/results in the committees
• Developing, specifying and introducing essential financial methods with locations based on higher-level structures for the control of standard factories within the PowerCo Group
• Ensuring the implementation of the aforementioned methods, financial standards and reporting at the sites
• Implementation of all internal guidelines, such as work instructions, signature regulations, representation regulations, process descriptions of the company
• Participate as a finance officer in project teams, including representing and justifying financial statements
• Carrying out and coordinating individual assignments according to the special knowledge and experience of the job holder

• Successfully completed studies in economics in the field of controlling, business administration and/or business informatics
• Professional experience in the field of controlling and/or IT                     
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken                  
• MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint
• Extended SAP knowledge
• Extended knowledge of database systems and/or reporting tools (e.g. PowerBI)
