The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. This includes ESS (Energy Storage System) & non-automotive applications. The ESS organization takes care of the upstream storage value chain. Our responsibility includes research, pre-development of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of ESS components & storages.
How you will CELLebrate
- Development, definition and implementation of the ESS quality management
- Establishment and certification of the ESS quality management system
- Planning, preparation and participation in certification audits according to ISO 9001
- Participation in the assessment of ESS suppliers
- Determination and implementation of compliance regulations
- Creation and review of business processes from a QM perspective
What you need for our CELLebration
- Degree in mechanical engineering, production technology, materials science, chemistry or comparable qualification
- Extensive experience (>5 years) in quality management / supplier quality engineering
- Solid knowledge of the normative foundations of the battery industry (ideally certification as an auditor or management representative)
- Experience in the field of battery cells and energy storages
- Well organized and structured way to work
- Above-average ability to work in a team
- Business fluency in English
- Confident appearance, assertiveness and initiative
- Willingness to travel
What else can you bring
- Auditor or management representative according to DIN EN ISO 9001
- Experience with supplier assessments
- Knowledge in the field of structured error analysis (Six Sigma, Shainin, etc.)
- Experience in the field of battery cells and energy storage systems
- Experience with Signavio and common DMS systems
