The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. How you will CELLebrate
- Responsible for own sub projects of PowerCo corporate strategy development and strategy implementation in alignment with VW Group incl. author and deliver high-impact presentations
- Structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives by gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, and presenting final recommendations
- Execute corporate strategy review on an annual base based on an integrated strategy process
- Monitoring market, technology and competition development, targeting to initiate and develop new strategic projects for PowerCo
- Steering parts of cross-functional strategic programs of PowerCo involving all relevant stakeholders (definition of project timeline, roles and responsibilities, budget, monitoring project progresses and target achieving)
- Preparation and conduction of strategy workshops for the Board
What you need for our CELLebration
- Master's degree in business administration, engineering, social sciences or a comparable subject area
- Several years of professional experience in the battery industry and corporate strategy, strategy consulting and/or go-to-market business development roles
- Several years of management experience
- Exceptional structured, analytical way of working with a high level of entrepreneurship, strong assertiveness and excellent communication and negotiation skills in an international environment
- Strong resilience, goal orientation in a volatile work environment and excellent intercultural competence
- Business fluent in English and German
