Senior Expert Business Processes & Systems ESS (all genders)

 
With whom you will CELLebrate

The mission has started. We are starting our own battery cell production in our Battery Valley and ramping up our global headquarters for global cell production. This includes ESS (Energy Storage System) and non-automotive applications. The ESS organisation takes care of the upstream storage value chain. Our responsibilities include research, pre-development of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analyses of ESS components & storage systems.

  
 
How you will CELLebrate
  • Development and coordination of new business processes and their implementation in IT systems in collaboration with other departments
  • Planning, implementation, and coordination of concepts and measures for building the international ESS business
  • Management of complex, cross-functional international ESS-specific projects
  • Planning, developing, proposing, coordinating, and representing very complex business special tasks and issues
  • Preparation of reports, presentations, and decision templates for management
  • International stakeholder management
  
 
What you need for our CELLebration
  • Successfully completed (technical) university studies in the fields of business administration, business law, business informatics, or comparable education
  • Professional experience, e.g., in the areas of strategy, project management, staff function, consulting
  • Practical experience in the field of business management and/or IT systems
  • A high degree of initiative and intercultural competence
  • Strong analytical, structured, and strategic skills
  • Fluent English language skills
