The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells.
How you will CELLebrate
- Understanding the battery manufacturers' product plans at a high level
- Monitoring the individual cell products of battery manufacturers
- Analyzing the strategic impact of individual events by those companies
- Gaining insights into battery industry technology and market trends in the US and globally
- Evaluation of battery manufacturers' technology partnerships with start-ups with regard to technological progress and the plausibility of commercialization
- Identification of innovation drivers in the battery industry in the USA
What you need for our CELLebration
- Successfully completed (technical) university studies in industrial engineering, economics/engineering or comparable qualification
- Understanding of the battery as a product and its value chain
- Ability to evaluate information about battery cell manufacturers and analytical skills
- Fluent in English
- Excellent networking skills
What else can you bring
- Professional experience in the battery industry in the USA or Japan
- Japanese language skills
