The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of Corporate Quality are varied. The unit is responsible for all quality related activities of PowerCo SE ranging from the development of the quality strategy and targets over safeguarding the certification readiness to the global supplier management.
How you will CELLebrate
- Supporting the Leadership in development, definition, implementation and continuous development of a holistic quality strategy and quality steering model (local and global)
- Build up an integrated KPI model for transparent steering incl. coordination of the annual site-specific quality targets and the management performance review
- Concepting and implementing of quality reports, monitoring and dashboards for pro-active steering of our global quality performance in collaboration with internal data team and IT
- Aligning and collaborating with all relevant departments (e.g. Operations, Finance, Product, Tech and local contacts) to drive our quality projects
- Representative and active mulitplicator in creating and developing an holistic quality awareness and quality commitment at PowerCo
- Working together with our colleagues in Valencia (Spain) and St. Thomas (Canada)
What you need for our CELLebration
- Bachelor or master degree in business management, economics, engineering or comparable degree
- Professional experience in strategy, strategy consultancy, quality management, customer experience management and/or innovations
- Experience in the field of consulting, electromobility, automotive, production
- Superb analytical skills, problem-solving thinking and project management
- Business fluency in German and English with strong communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel
