The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The Purchasing unit is the interface to the supplier market and is thus responsible for a large part of the value creation. The responsibilities range from raw material purchasing to supplier management and plant purchasing to value engineering.
How you will CELLebrate
- Identificating and analysing of possible risks in the raw material chain for in-house cell production
- Setting up and ensuring appropriate risk management processes
- Preparing of reports, stress tests and scenario analyses
- Coordinating all interface partners
- Early developing of measures to ensure on-time delivery
- Regular reporting to the board and proactive communication to all interface partners
What you need for our CELLebration
- Completed technical/university studies in risk management, business administration or economics, (business) mathematics, engineering or a comparable course
- Experience in procurement, development, planning or production
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
- Confident demeanor and experience in dealing with suppliers/customers
- High degree of initiative and negotiation skills as well as above-average assertiveness and team spirit
- Safe handling of MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
