The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells.
How you will CELLebrate
- Create and align schedule and release plans for the overall cell, monitor their compliance and deal with schedule deviations
- Steering of release as part of a product release (e.g. sample release, purchasing release, design freezes)
- Prepare releases for all chemical and mechanical components of cell development projects
- Align content of releases with customer, internal stakeholders, suppliers and/or others
- Preparation of cover letter and overview for release recommendation for customers
- Request and align release recommendations from suppliers
- Organize release committees with different stakeholders
What you need for our CELLebration
- Degree in economics, engineering, sciences or comparable qualification
- Work experience in the field of release management
- Work experience in the automotive or chemical industry
- Profound knowledge in project management beneficial
- Strong ability of self-organization and good communication skills
- Strong ability to work in a team, also and above all willingness and desire to cooperate in an innovative and international environment
