The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of Corporate Quality are varied. The unit is responsible for all quality related activities of PowerCo SE ranging from the development of the quality strategy and targets over safeguarding the certification readiness to the global supplier management.
How you will CELLebrate
- Contribute and support in setting up and maintaining the company-wide integrated management system of PowerCo SE
- Modeling of processes in Signavio
- Creation and administration of Q relevant documents and templates
- Consulting and support of the departments in the definition and determination of quality compliant processes
- Moderation and execution of process workshops
- Development of company-wide QM training and education concepts -Planning and execution of training and education
- Development of onboarding concepts for new employees
- Representation of the department at onboarding events
- Assistance in ensuring the company's ability to be certified according to IATF 16949 and taking into account interfaces with governance/environmental and occupational health and safety requirements.
- Collaboration in defining and implementing the quality strategy and policy for PowerCo SE
- Collaboration in the execution of external and internal Q audits
- Participation in the development of communication strategies to create and maintain a sustainable quality awareness
What you need for our CELLebration
- Degree in industrial engineering, business administration, mechanical engineering, production engineering or comparable qualification
- Extensive experience in the development and application of QM systems and their establishment in the company
- Solid knowledge of the normative basics of the automotive or chemical industry (ideally certification as auditor)
- Experience in the field of electromobility and the battery cell
- Above average ability to work in a team
- Business fluent in English
- Confident appearance, assertiveness and initiative
- Willingness to travel
