The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.

 

How you will CELLebrate

  • Maintaining and further developing the quality tools and processes in the OQ area (e.g. problem Solving etc.)
  • Establishing the links between quality methods (Control Plan, FMEA, 8D, Lessons Learned)  to ensure being in conformity within the corporate quality management system
  • Being responsible for the application of Q methods for the further development of the QMS, as well as coaching and training 
  • Drive and support the global Problem Solving Process and lead/coach the Problem Solving Expert Team
  • Identification of quality-relevant best practice / lessons learned processes and methods and support of implementation in the global Q-network
  • Coordinating the monitoring and escalation of key projects 
 

What you need for our CELLebration

  • Completed studies with a technical focus
  • Several years of quality management experience, ideally in in the automotive or battery industry
  • IT and MS Office knowledge, experience with database-supported process and document management systems
  • Business fluent English skills
  • Ability to work in a team, communication skills, analytical way of working
 

What else can you bring

  • Knowledge of production processes in the automotive or battery industry
  • Fluency in German is a plus
